At every touch point, all Signature Supplements ingredients and compounded products undergo rigorous quality assurance processes which adhere to a comprehensive set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Our Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager supervises and enforces the following practices:
Stringent quality control of all operations
Strict adherence to a thorough Personnel Hygiene Policy
Diligent management of retained samples and records in accordance with the Government of Canada’s Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) guidelines
Careful storage of all products in food-grade containers with a safety evident seal
Meticulous use of desiccants in all raw materials and finished products to prevent oxidation (with the exception of protein powders)
